In the last few lessons, we talked about creating SOPs, and in the previous lesson, you made a list of SOPs to create. The next step is to start building the SOPs that you’ve listed. This can take a while, so you don’t have to wait until you’ve completed every SOP on the list to move forward with the lessons, but you should plan to get them done. So this by:
- Schedule time in your calendar so that you can build the SOPs.
- Assign it to someone else.
- Discuss with your team how you, jointly, will get these done.
Make a plan to build these SOPs and start process-by-process to standardize and take control.
