For the purposes of building the machine, we treat Attract and Convert as a process. We think of it as a journey. It is a journey of transformation: your avatar goes from unhappy to happy. They do this by becoming aware of you, going through a process to get to know you, buying from you, buying more from you, and then becoming your advocate.
