    Great job @Jeff.

    I recommend you run all of your departmental meetings this way and that you have a 5-star template set up for each department. I think you will see in increase in meeting effectiveness/results within 3 meetings.

      I just went through a meeting today where we didn’t follow the structure and, you know, it is amazing what structure brings to the productivity of a meeting.
