  getting your emails in spam. And I’m sure it’s costing you a lot of
  money. So I went ahead & recorded a 3min video for you about how to
  fix the problem.

  He’s sending this to a marketing person (me)

  And I definitely have insecurity about my emails going to spam (because I’m a marketing person).

  There aren’t any direct costs to this, but could be opportunity cost.

  I kind of like the 3min video, but I’d me 1000 times more interested if he’d attached the video.

  (By the way, there isn’t a code that keeps your email out of promotions or spam. There are a bunch of things you should do, but it isn’t an overnight, put a code in a box, and everything will work, sort of thing.)
