What is your number 1 go to AI tool going into the next 12 months going to be or something you are currently using. This could be an internal productivity tool or something you will use to better your customers lives.

I use two: chatGPT and Reword for blog writing. Honestly I don’t use the AI part for much more than helping me come up with headlines.
The best tools I’ve seen are the ones that learn your data so that your people can ask it questions… Anybody doing that?

Atera has added Copilot AI for a plethora of tools. We are adding it as a first response option to help resolve tickets for our clients before they even send the ticket to us. It does scripting and command line generation, and we are really excited to start using it to create KB articles and SOPs from ticket resolutions. Here is the link that explains everything. We are still in the learning phase but so far I am super thankful we switched from connectwise to Atera.

That looks very cool, did you see the issue with Microsoft capturing screenshots every few seconds with Copilot? It looks like they delayed that for now, but it could be a huge security issue. (I don’t think that affects what you are doing, I thought you might find it interesting.).
