Atera has added Copilot AI for a plethora of tools. We are adding it as a first response option to help resolve tickets for our clients before they even send the ticket to us. It does scripting and command line generation, and we are really excited to start using it to create KB articles and SOPs from ticket resolutions. Here is the link that explains everything. We are still in the learning phase but so far I am super thankful we switched from connectwise to Atera.
