Trends for 2024 from CompTIA, what do you think? How have these played out? What is new for 2025?

Something came up yesterday when talking about the customer value journey: remember you cannot “only” do awareness and engagement. If you do those without plotting the entire value journey you will waste money. In fact that is why so many businesses waste so much money on marketing. Start with the core offer and work backwards.

My first reaction is that it’s pretty solid, usually I like to give opportunities for improvement, but I like this. What about anybody else?

Just to be clear: this is written from the avatar’s perspective, it isn’t the problem you solve for you it’s the problem you solve for them.

Thats a heck of a question, we use Apollo generally to enrich data and then import, as long as you use the same email address the import will update contact records. I dont’t know if there’s a way to automate this, I’ll tlook into it.

There are many other ways to get a better response from potential clients beyond cold calls — efforts that can increase your payoff.

I always assume I’m the last one to the party: Net Promoter Score. You ask one question: how likely are you to refer us to a colleague and based on the response people are promoters, neutral or detractors. Subtract detractors from promoters and you have your net promoters, call it a score and voila, net promoter score.
