The thing to remember is that this will NOT work unless you are clear about your Avatar. Without a clear avatar there is no journey, no conversation you are having no NOTHING!
So… What am I trying to tell you here? PICK A DARN AVATAR!!!!!!!!!!
Because if you don’t, if you decide to go the Agnostic route, you are setting yourself up to fail or worse than that survive, or get along.
If you want to Thrive then it is time to get narrow and go deep on an Avatar. (you know who you are I am talking to YOU!! Yes YOU!!!!)

Great job @Jeff.
I recommend you run all of your departmental meetings this way and that you have a 5-star template set up for each department. I think you will see in increase in meeting effectiveness/results within 3 meetings.

This will get better over time. In the meantime it is an interesting tool to explore as long as you do not rely to heavily on it.
