In the next module, we will introduce the Jobs to Be Done framework and define the business problem you are solving for your ICP/Avatar.

Transformation is how solving the problem impacts them. Ultimately, all anybody ever buys is transformation, so defining the transformation matters, but you may find this easier once you’ve completed the next module and defined the Job to Be Done.

The video below takes you through transformation and gives some examples that are outside of the MSP space. It is often easier to understand a concept when you apply it to another industry/situation first.
