Note: I don’t think I say this in the video, but when you create your BHAG, think 15 years in the future: what do you want to create over the next fifteen years?  It’s fine if you won’t even be with the business fifteen years from now, but for it to work for you, it must have a life of its own.  That means it will continue on the path you defined well after you have left.  

The benefit of thinking far in the future is that it gets you out of thinking about the challenges of today and gives you a way to focus on the future.  Also… you may surprise yourself with what you come up with if you release the constraints.
